Corporate Pipeline for Women (#MakeoverMonday)

As part of the #MakeoverMonday series, I created this mobile-friendly visualization of how female representation in corporate America gets smaller and smaller the higher up in the org structure you go. The stats are slightly better in 2015 than they were in 2012, but we still have a long way to go.

I chose a simple, mobile-focused design for this week because it differed from many of the posted examples that other participants already submitted.
